Before NatureScope enters into a collaboration aggreement, we offer an initial screening based on a description of the initiative and existing data.

We do this to prepare for the scope of work and to test if an initiative is sustainable and nature positive. The screening assesses whether an initiative:

• has an overall positive impact on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and 
• has a potential to achieve a positive effect for nature and biodiversity.

The screening is free of charge, and as part of the work, we also check the possible legal requirements for nature assessments to be carried out.

If the initiative does not initially meet the criteria, we are always open to dialogue on how it can be adjusted.
